In accordance with the RoHS Directive issued by the EU which came into force on July 1st 2006 we declare that all products supplied by ourselves are now fully compliant.

Products.

Shermann: Confirmed that compliance was achieved before the due date.

Syrious: Confirmed that compliance was achieved before the due date.

MC² Audio: Confirmed that compliance was achieved before the due date.

Nexus Amplification: Confirmed that compliance was achieved before the due date.

Alto Products: Confirmed that compliance was achieved before the due date.

Yamaha Products: Confirmed that compliance was achieved before the due date.

Neutrik connectors: Confirmed that compliance was achieved before the due date.

Processes.

In-house processes and consumables: All consumables used in the manufacture of cables and panels which include connectors, solders and flux will be compliant with the directive as deliveries of compliant components are received by ourselves.
